Farm to Table inspired Wine Dinner at March Farms Bethlehem, Connecticut

The Litchfield Saltwater Grille will host a farm to table inspired wine dinner on Sunday August
3rd at March Farms in Bethlehem, CT. Chef Albert Clugston III will create a multi course menu featuring fresh seasonal
produce from March Farms.
March Farms tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, string beans, strawberries, blueberries,
peaches, plums, nectarines, and sweet corn will be on the menu. The menu will also include local Artisan
made cheeses from Beltane Farm (Lebanon CT) and Cato Corner Farm (Colchester
CT), Bantam Bread, and Mountaintop Mushrooms, (Waterbury CT). Sommelier
Brett Clugston will create wine pairings for each course. The menu and wines will be announced soon.
